Can you have both? How?
I just finished reading "The Fountainhead" and these questions came to me. Can a person really be truly creative or innovative while in a collective group? If a person is trying to do something or create something completely new and innovative, then one really can't do that if they are conforming to group ideologies, correct? If new ideas are created and then people try to blend them together, will it really become a better idea or a lesser version of the initial concept?
Collective: Being part of the group, losing oneself in others, group and team defining, collaborative
Individual: Standing out, defining oneself, setting oneself apart from the crowd, the ego
